Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will let you know immediately.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Australia Post for all our shipping calculations.
For any orders over $150, there is free shipping available to our TAG Platinum and TAG Black members. Learn more about what it means to be TAG Collector here.
Local Delivery
If you are within the Sydney metro area, we may be able to provide a same-day delivery service so long as we receive your order before 10am that business day.
Express local delivery via messenger or courier is available for orders over $100 within the Sydney metro area at a minimum rate of $24.95 and will be delivered before 6pm that same day.
Deliveries are made from 10am to 6pm Mon-Sat. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the delivery.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, United States of America, England, and countries across Europe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TAG Collectibles is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you are a Platinum member, you will be able to check the progress on your member page.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tagcollectibles.com.au with your name and order number.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We do not refund or cancel orders for change of mind.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tagcollectibles.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@tagcollectibles.com.au
Please note that some of the goods you buy will be vintage and/or rare. There may be creases in some of the cardboard (if a product has been unopened) and other evidence of wear-and-tear.
Prior to shipping these items, we will get in contact with you to make sure you are comfortable with the condition of the item before we ship it to you.
Lost and damaged orders
TAG Collectibles has insurance with Australia Post in the amount of $100 per order. If your order goes missing in transit or is damaged in transit, we can claim up to $100 with Australia Post and may be able to refund you up to $100 per your order.
We will always do our best to ship our items with appropriate packaging and will send you photos of the package before placing it into the post. For orders over $100, we recommend that you purchase additional insurance, so you have that peace of mind when buying items from us.
